We will be happy to send/fax an order form, or mail a sample package of our various cheque formats, compatible envelope and price list. Here's how to get this information.

How can I get more information and/or samples?

It is really easy to place an order. Simply fill out an order form, attach a voided cheque from your current supply, attach your payment check, and mail or FAX to the address/fax number on the form. Here's how to order.

How do I place an order?

We generally print your order within 24 hours from when it is received. If we have to call you with questions, that will delay the processing time. Depending on the time your order is received, it may be shipped the same day but same day service is not guaranteed (after all, this is custom printing and we are bound by pick-up times from UPS). Our standard method of shipping is UPS Ground. Optionally you can select a premium shipping method for faster delivery time. Allowing time for mail delivery, most customers receive their cheques within a week.

Yes. We accept orders by FAX, and reorders by phone. In addition to the completed order form you will need to fax a sample voided cheque so we can read the bank name and MICR coding line on the bottom of the cheque.

Do you take orders by phone or by FAX?

How long does it take to print cheques? When will I get my cheques?

Yes. We need to use the bank coding on a voided check from your current supply.

Do I need to attach a voided check?

If you have "starter cheques" from the bank, we can use them for the bank coding. Just print your name/address, etc. that you want to see imprinted on the new cheques, and we will use that information for the name/address block on the check. Alternatively you can ask your bank for a MICR encoding specification sheet for your account. We can get all required bank information from this form.

What if I don't have a voided check, or I want cheques for a new account?

If you are using the cheques for payroll, you would use the 1 per page type. Most customers who use the cheques in a business (for accounts payable) prefer the 1 per page. Home users generally use the 3 per page style.

Which type of check should I order? The 1 per page or the 3 per page?

Our cheques contain many security features including a chemical stain resistant paper with florescent fibers visible under an ultraviolet light, micro print signature line which will appear as a dotted line when photocopied, a special coating to fuse toner to the paper to prevent lift off of the toner, a security screen with the words "Original Document" on the back which resists photocopying, an artificial watermark on the back, and the padlock emblem to notify others of these security features. These security standards exceed all banking standards.

What security features do you offer?

Additional features include an optional second signature line, as well as an optional line of text above the signature line. For example you might have a text line that says "Two Signatures Required", or just your company name above the signature line.

You can also order your cheques with "reverse numbering sequence". This feature is handy if you print a lot of cheques at one time using a printer which requires you to put the cheques face-side-down in the paper tray.

What other features are available?

You can have up to 5 lines of text in your name/address block. Please note any changes on the face of your sample check. If this is a new account write on your starter check, or attach a separate sheet of paper with the text you want for your name/address block.

How many lines of text do I have for the name/address block?

Yes. For a one-time $25.00 charge we will set up your logo in our system. A note about logos: The print quality of a logo will only be as good as the original artwork we receive. It is important that the artwork be clean, sharp, preferably black ink on a white background. You can also e-mail the logo to us. We can adjust the size of the logo from your original artwork. We will reduce it to be no more than 5/8" to 3/4" in height in order to fit in the envelope window.
